1. Definitions
Driver: A registered individual who accepts and completes delivery or transport jobs through the Taskova platform.
Business: A registered business or individual who posts delivery requests for goods through the Taskova platform.
Platform: The mobile and/or web application operated by Taskova that connects Business and drivers.
Company: Taskova Ltd, the operator of the Platform.
2. Driver Terms
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
- Drivers must have a valid driving licence, valid vehicle insurance, and comply with all applicable local laws.
- Drivers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Drivers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- Drivers may accept or reject jobs at their own discretion.
- Drivers must handle goods with care and follow all safety requirements.
- Drivers must not accept or transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods without proper documentation.
- Drivers must not engage in harassment, fraud, abuse, or any misconduct on the Platform.
- Drivers understand that Taskova does not guarantee job availability.
- Drivers agree that payment terms are arranged directly with the shopkeeper, unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
- Drivers must report disputes within 24 hours of job completion.
3. Business Terms
- Business must be at least 18 years old.
- Business must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Business must have valid business registration or licences where required by law.
- Business are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged and safe for transport.
- Business must provide clear job details, including pickup location, destination, goods description, timing, and pricing where applicable.
- Business must not post false, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent job requests.
- Business must not request transport of illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods without the required documentation.
- Business must treat drivers respectfully and professionally.
- Business are responsible for payment terms agreed with the driver, unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
- Business must raise any disputes within 24 hours of job completion.
4. Platform Use
Instead of delivery, we are just providing service, for car drivers only.
- Taskova provides a platform for connecting Business and drivers only.
- Taskova does not act as a delivery company and does not employ drivers.
- Taskova does not guarantee that jobs or drivers will always be available.
- Taskova may send notifications to drivers when new jobs are posted.
- Taskova does not manage the delivery agreement between drivers and Business.
5. Fees and Payments
- Any service or transaction fees will be shown before job confirmation.
- Taskova does not store payment card details or other transaction details.
- Payments for services are made directly according to the agreed terms between the driver and shopkeeper, unless stated otherwise.
- Taskova is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
6. Cancellations and Disputes
- Jobs may be cancelled under conditions stated on the Platform.
- Any dispute must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
- Taskova may mediate disputes but is not responsible for the final outcome.
7. Data Privacy
- Personal data will be handled according to Taskova's Privacy Policy.
- Data may be collected for operational, legal, and verification purposes.
- Taskova will not share user data with unrelated third parties.
- Taskova will not contact customers directly for payment requests.
8. Liability
- Taskova is not liable for loss, damage, delays, or issues caused by users or third parties.
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.
9. Termination
- Taskova may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time through the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
- Taskova may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes means the updated Terms are accepted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Laws of England & Wales.
